Frequently Asked Questions for Professional Buyers

These answers summarize governed Product, Export, Sourcing, and enquiry information. Where a fact is not verified, the answer remains qualified rather than supplying a plausible commercial claim.

Topic 01

Products & natural variation

What product categories are presented?

The catalogue presents Aquascape Wood, Natural Stone, Aquatic Plants, and Other Aquascaping Materials. Gravel & Sand remains subordinate to Other Aquascaping Materials. Category inclusion does not create an individual product or stock listing.

Explore the category pathways.

Are individual Products currently listed?

No verified individual Product records are currently published. Category pages explain the information framework and enquiry pathway.

Why do natural materials vary?

Shape, colour, texture, pattern, dimensions, and individual appearance may differ. Applicable criteria must be confirmed for a specific quotation.

Topic 02

International buyers & Export discussion

Who is this website intended for?

It is structured for international importers and distributors, retailers and aquascape stores, professional and project buyers, and other qualified professional buyers.

Choose a Buyer pathway.

How is product availability confirmed?

Availability is confirmed for each enquiry based on buyer requirements and current sourcing conditions. It may depend on the product, quantity, source, natural variation, preparation requirements, timing, and other order requirements.

What does Product Review mean?

It is a requirement-led review of supported available information: Buyer Requirement, Product Criteria, Product Review, and Confirmation. It is not certified quality control, formal or independent inspection, laboratory testing, quality certification, or a quality guarantee.

Review the framework.

How is packaging determined?

Packaging requirements are reviewed for each enquiry based on product characteristics, quantity, buyer requirements, proposed shipment method, and applicable destination requirements. The method, materials, performer, and commercial basis require confirmation.

Does Planet Aqua Scape provide freight or customs services?

Do not assume so. Freight, carrier, customs, port, and destination services may involve third parties, and responsibilities must be confirmed.

Review Packaging & Shipping.

Topic 03

Aquatic Plants, Sourcing & enquiries

Why do Aquatic Plants need additional review?

Plant identity, current availability, handling, destination restrictions, import eligibility, quarantine or phytosanitary considerations, transit, and documentation are destination-dependent. No regulated capability or shipment suitability is implied.

Can an unlisted Indonesian product requirement be discussed?

Yes, through a conditional sourcing discussion. Depending on the enquiry, Planet Aqua Scape may coordinate supplier discovery, product matching, quotation, samples, and product review. Documentation and logistics may depend on relevant third parties, and no sourcing outcome is guaranteed.

Review International Sourcing.

How should a Buyer prepare an enquiry?

Share the Product/category or defined material need, intended use, characteristics or specifications, quantity direction, destination, timing, and packaging expectations where known.

Prepare the requirement.

Does preparing an enquiry create a quotation or order?

No. An enquiry does not automatically establish acceptance, a quotation, an order, Product availability, export approval, or a shipment commitment.

What international experience is verified?

Planet Aqua Scape has previous export experience involving South Korea. This does not imply customer identity, shipment frequency, volume, continuing availability, or service to other markets.

Still preparing the requirement?

Use the static enquiry guide to organize the available information
