How We Work

From Buyer Requirement to Agreed Next Steps

The process begins with the buyer’s requirement and develops only as product information, specifications, availability, commercial terms, destination considerations, and responsibilities are reviewed. An enquiry does not automatically become a quotation, order, or shipment.

A four-stage discussion process

  1. Share Requirements

Tell us the product or category, intended use, desired characteristics or specifications, quantity direction, destination, timing, and packaging expectations where known.

  2. Review Available Information

The requirement is considered against available product or sourcing information. Product identity, evidence, feasibility, and destination questions may require further confirmation.

  3. Discuss the Commercial Basis

Where sufficient information exists, discuss availability, responsibilities, packaging, relevant export considerations, and the basis for a potential quotation.

  4. Agree Next Steps

Confirm what is understood, what remains conditional, and whether the appropriate next step is further review, a quotation, preparation planning, coordination, or no current progression.

Decision points

Progress depends on confirmed information

A quotation is not an order. An order, preparation activity, packaging arrangement, or shipment coordination step should be described only after its applicable specifications, commercial basis, responsibilities, and conditions have been confirmed.

Required to start

What to share with an enquiry

A product or category requirement and a way to describe the intended need.

Helpful where known

Intended application; desired characteristics; size or grade direction; quantity direction; destination country; destination port or receiving point; timing; packaging expectations; technical or commercial requirements.

These details are not all mandatory at first contact. Unknown items can be identified for follow-up.

Next step

Start with the requirement you know

Share the available context. Product information, feasibility, quotation, and next steps remain subject to review and confirmation.
